RepCall reads the note, dials the number, and takes down what happened, then calls the next one.
You never open the app to see what’s next. RepCall keeps working through today’s list until you tell it to stop.
Start my day
9:41
Your reps don't hate the CRM. They hate doing admin in it.
A field rep spends the day driving, waiting in receptions and talking to customers. Typing notes is the thing that gets pushed to the evening, and the evening is when it gets forgotten.
So the note is thin, the follow-up never gets set, and you find out three weeks later that the customer went quiet.
RepCall captures it in the car park, while it is still fresh.
How it works
One press in the morning. Then talk.
You get a call list. RepCall runs it. You drive.
STEP 01
The list is already there
In order, longest gap first, with the last note sitting against every name.

STEP 02
It tells you who you're calling
Who, what grade, what happened last time — read out before it connects.

STEP 03
It dials for you
RepCall opens your phone's own dialler and calls the number. The customer sees your mobile, the same one they always see.

STEP 04
After the call, just talk
You say what was agreed in thirty seconds. RepCall writes it up as a proper note and shows it to you to check.
42s LEFT
“Spoke to Dave, he needs the revised quote by the fifteenth…”
STEP 05
It's already logged
You approve it and it's saved. Your manager can see it before you've started the engine.

Most voice tools take notes. RepCall runs the round.
Dictating a note into an app is useful. It is also the easy part, and everyone does it.
The hard part is the twenty-three calls you were supposed to make today, the four you skipped, and the one you promised to ring back on Thursday. That’s the part RepCall holds.
You are not opening an app to record a thought. You are working a list, and the list is what moves the number.
For managers
Better CRM data without chasing people for it.
You stop asking “did you get hold of them?” because you can see it.
RepCall gives you:
- The call list you assigned, and how far through it each rep is
- What happened on every call, in writing, the same day
- Notes in a consistent format instead of six reps' six styles
- Callbacks captured as callbacks, not as things someone meant to remember
- An export back to Excel when you want it out
Your reps do less typing. You do less chasing. The pipeline reflects what actually happened in the field this week.
Keep your CRM. RepCall is not trying to replace it.
RepCall works from the call list you already produce. Export from your CRM or ERP as Excel or CSV, upload it, assign it. Results come back the same way.
Direct CRM integrations are in build. Tell us which system you’re on and we’ll tell you where it is in the queue.
Your data
RepCall does not record your calls.
This is worth being plain about, because it is the first question a sales director asks.
No call recording.
Android blocks it and we don't work around it. There is nothing to consent to, store or delete.
Your voice stays on your phone.
The speech recognition runs on the device itself. The audio is never uploaded.
You approve every note.
Nothing reaches the CRM until the rep has read it and pressed save.
You can delete anything.
Any record can be removed on request.
Legally, a RepCall note sits in the same place as a note a rep types into the CRM themselves. It is the rep’s account of the conversation, not a recording of the customer.

No. The value isn't the dictation, it's that the call list, the outcome and the note all get handled in the two minutes after a call instead of at nine o'clock that night.
A voice note is audio sitting in a folder. It doesn't know who you called, it doesn't mark the call as done, and somebody still has to type it into the CRM afterwards.
Yours. RepCall opens your normal dialler, so your caller ID is unchanged. This matters more than anything else for answer rates.
Your list is stored on the phone. You keep working and it syncs when you're back in range.
Recognition quality varies in noise, which is why you review the note before it saves. It has never been a system that files things behind your back.
